Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Panthea celebrates difference and encourages everyone to be themselves at work.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are key to who Panthea is, our values and how we work. We hold a commitment to drive a working environment where all differences are valued, practices are equitable and all employees feel a sense of belonging, where people are inspired to lead inclusively in their work every day.

We believe in the power of different perspectives and backgrounds in our team. Including varying points of view in our decision-making and actions is key to establishing long-term value.

This helps us to fulfil our story to drive positive change, foster well-being, promote equity, and deliver inclusion and opportunity. Through this, we demonstrate our organisation's distinctiveness, drive innovation, build trusted relationships across differences, enable equitable and exceptional experiences and deliver the highest quality services for customers.

We truly believe our working environment should be supportive and positive to the dignity and respect of individuals, at all times.

If a complaint of harassment is brought to the attention of management, it will be investigated immediately, with appropriate action taken.
